FAQ

Questions about internet availability.

Can this site tell me which provider serves my address?

No. Use official mapping and provider address checkers, then confirm the result directly.

Why does a provider serve my neighbourhood but not my home?

The last-mile route, building access, distance, capacity, address records or construction requirements may differ at the premises.

Is a ZIP code, postal code or postcode enough?

It is a starting point. A complete civic address and unit number normally produce a more meaningful result.

Does Wi-Fi availability mean internet service is available?

No. Wi-Fi is the local wireless network inside or near the premises. The property still needs an internet access service.

Are official maps guarantees?

No. They are useful evidence based on reported or periodically updated data. Provider qualification and successful installation remain necessary.

Does the site rank providers?

No. It explains verification questions and technology differences.
